· Manage the full life cycle implementation process of Lava’s global buyside Execution Management System from initiation to bringing the clients live. · Manage FIX certifications and algorithmic strategies testing with various OMS vendors and brokers. Coordinate re-certifications when necessary due to Lava functionality changes or due to functionality changes in vendor/broker products. Maintain vendor and contact info.

· Managed RegNMS project that involved identifying highly active trading buyside clients from trading volume and bandwidth utilization statistic reports and coordinating the upgrade of their current connectivity with additional bandwidth in anticipation of increased market data traffic due to RegNMS.
